Dillingham & Smith
Mechanical was started in July
1981 by Jim Dillingham and
Clarence Smith with the original
purpose of serving the sheet
metal and piping needs of a
few commercial and industrial
clients in the Nashville and
Middle Tennessee area. The
company has grown over the
last 25+ years to a firm providing
not only the original intended
services, but has added plumbing,
refrigeration, HVAC and plumbing
service, utility piping, building
maintenance and general construction
to the list of services provided.
The clientele has expanded
to include new construction
projects, various medical facilities,
government offices, educational
facilities (both public and
private), institutional facilities,
utility providers, food preparation
companies and has recently
began an entrance into the
residential plumbing and HVAC
arena.
Using the collective experience of our personnel and the expertise
of selected independent Professional Engineering firms, we have
formed partnerships that are able to match current "best
practices" to the client's needs and provide the owner with
a better product in a more timely fashion. As the owner's needs
change our desire is to change with them and continue to provide
the services to help meet their growing needs.
